I gotta say, the staff was like family! They were super friendly, went outta their way to make our stay comfortable—plus, we asked for a ton of pillows and they delivered without a hitch. it's like they knew we were building a pillow fort or something! !

The location in Germantown is excellent, close to many attractions. The staff at check-in were friendly. The room offered a good amount of space, which was a nice surprise. The handling of my needs, especially with the added pet fee being reasonable, stood out to me. However, I found some concerning issues. The towels had hair on them, which made me uneasy. The kitchen floor was sticky and had some food residue that I noticed immediately. While I understand that it’s a budget-friendly option, the overall cleanliness needs significant improvement. The breakfast offerings were lacking. granola bars and packaged muffins didn't feel sufficient. For the price, I expected better cleanliness and amenities.

The Extended Stay America Suites, Memphis, Germantown West offered a beautifully decorated lobby and clean, accessible rooms, making my stay enjoyable. The staff were very helpful, and I felt secure in this quiet location.

We explored Beale Street's live music scene and caught a show at The Pyramid. The staff were super friendly, but do keep in mind the rooms were decent. We had a comfy stay overall, perfect for hanging out after a day of fun.

One downside was the initial confusion about incidentals. They charged a $100 hold on our card before we got our keys, which was unexpected.

Amazing hotel with its free wifi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. On my first visit, the staff kindly helped me find my lost car keys. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

I had a pleasant stay in a spacious Queen studio that's well-equipped and comfortable. The front desk staff was genuinely friendly, always greeting me with warmth and ensuring I was taken care of. However, the cleanliness of the towels in my room left much to be desired, as some were unpresentable. Overall, it was a good experience, especially considering the location's safety and accessibility.

It was a solid selection for a momentary visit in Memphis with good value for money. Mike at the front desk went out of his way to help me locate my lost phone, which made me feel really cared for. Make sure to ask for assistance if you need anything. the staff is helpful.
